Inspecting Rate Limiter Ramp-up Configuration

getrampupconfiguration [limitername]
  Description
    Retrieves the limiter rampup configuration settings, if it is enabled. If no
    limiter is specified the settings of the SystemInput limiter are shown.

$ ./rhino-console getrampupconfiguration
Rampup of the SystemInput limiter is active with the following config properties:
startrate=10.0 events per time unit
rateincrement=10.0 events per time unit
eventsperincrement=100

$ ./rhino-console getrampupconfiguration "From MSC"
