The Test Set Announcement ID feature sets the AnnouncementID session state field to a value based on the Subscriber session state field. The value used to populate the AnnouncementID field will be picked from the TestSetAnnouncementID/testPrefixesToPlayAnnouncement address list based on the Subscriber ID.

The default announcement ID set by this feature is 17, but several other values can be set based on the value looked up from the address list.
