What is General Feature Barring
General Feature Barring is an enhancement to Incoming Call Barring, to enable other features to trigger barring.
General Feature barring uses the BarIncomingCall
session state field to signal that another feature wishes a call to be barred.
When BarIncomingCall
is True
then the call will be barred.
General Feature Barring takes precedence over ODB and ICB rules.
