Protobuf 2.3.0 is required to build and extend CDR modules included with the SDK. The SDK infrastructure makes this version available for download from an Ant target.

Protobuf 2.3.0 can be downloaded as a standalone package here.
To complete installation, follow the instructions in the included README.txt.

Installing Protobuf from the SDK using Ant
To install Protobuf use the install-protobuf
Ant build target under the sentinel-volte-sdk/tools directory:
$ cd /home/testuser/sentinel-volte-sdk/tools
$ ant install-protobuf

Uninstalling Protobuf
If you want to uninstall the version of Protobuf installed by the SDK, use the uninstall-protobuf Ant target under the
sentinel-volte-sdk/tools/ directory:
$ cd /home/testuser/sentinel-volte-sdk/tools
$ ant install-protobuf
init-build-extensions:
[...]
init-tools-common:
uninstall-protobuf:
[echo] Uninstalling (deleting) the protobuf install from: /home/testuser/sentinel-volte-sdk/tools/protobuf-2.3.0/

Alternatively, just delete the protobuf-2.3.0 directory:
