When a Sentinel service tries to find a Mapper, but cannot because the profile table is missing

This table is created as Sentinel is installed. This issue should be resolved by the platform administrator, and the alarm manually cleared.

Note Alarms may also be raised by the other components used by Sentinel (such as SIS, DB Query RA, and CDR RA).
