This class defines Rhino-specific extensions applicable to state change notifications generated by the SLEE when the SLEE, a service, or a resource adaptor entity changes state. It is present as vendor-specific data in SleeStateChangeNotification, ServiceStateChangeNotification, and ResourceAdaptorEntityStateChangeNotification objects obtained from Rhino respectively.
