Added in R98. Exception handling: For Ext-ExternalSignalInfo sequences containing the Ext-ProtocolId parameter with any other value than the ones named in that type, the receiver shall ignore the whole Ext-ExternalSignalInfo sequence.

Used as field type by MAPSendRoutingInfoArg.
