The Sentinel PLMN ID Analyser component analyses a PLMN ID (an MCC together with an MNC) to determine if it is a home PLMN ID for the network. In addition, if it is not a home PLMN ID, it can determine if the MCC is a home MCC for the network.
Configuration
Configuration can be set up using the Sentinel SDK installers for VoLTE and IP-SM-GW or using the provisioning interface (see below).
Configuration is stored in the HomePlmnIdConfigProfileTable SLEE profile table, with one profile for each MCC which is part of a home PLMN ID.

Provisioning interfaces
The PLMN ID Analyser component is provisioned using the Provisioning Web Interface.
Configuration can be found under Sentinel → Service Configuration → SIP Service Configuration (sip) → PLMN IDs.
