The Rf Control Resource Adaptor (Rf Control RA) allows Rhino TAS applications to act as a Charging Trigger Function (CTF). It provides an API for applications to issue offline charging requests to a Charging Data Function (CDF), using the Diameter Rf protocol. The Rf Control RA can connect to a secondary CDF in case the primary CDF is not reachable. Charging requests are stored in a local buffer if no CDF is reachable.

The Rf interface is define in TS 32.299 and the diameter offline charging messages is defined in RFC6733.
